What is Athlete Optimization?
Athlete optimization is a solution to help you optimize your movement patterns so you can achieve your ideal movement and technique to improve your performance and reduce your injury risk. This will help you, an olympic weightlifter, powerlifter, bodybuilder, crossfit athlete, an athlete of another sport, or even recreational gym lifting, to improve your movement so you can perform the way you want to.
Quite often, these difficulties stem from poor mobility, poor movement patterns, or a muscular weakness somewhere.
Athlete optimization is a movement analysis service to assess your movement with a detailed examination of your mobility, strengths, weaknesses, movement patterns, technique, lifestyle, and other factors. We then provide solutions to optimize your training in the gym and in competitions.
Solutions consist of mobility exercises, stability exercises, corrective exercises, and other things to help you move the way you want to. Our goal is for you to keep progressing the exercises to carry over to your body movement and technique, which is why there is up to 8 weeks of contact and feedback after the initial assessment to continue to progress in your movement optimization.
For this service, a primary care physician’s prescription is not required.
