An evaluation and treatment plan focused on fixing your pain when lifting heavy weights

Do you have shoulder pain when bench pressing? Lower back pain when squatting? That's what we specialize in, getting rid of your shoulder pain or lower back pain or other pain when lifting.

At The Kilo Physio, for our first meeting we will take an in-depth evaluation. This includes watching your movement either in the gym or remotely, assess your range of motion, strengths, weaknesses, technique, exercise programming, nutrition, recovery, stress, and lifestyle. For an athlete, all of these factors play a role in your performance in both training and in competition. We want to get as complete of a picture as possible to gather all relevant details to create an effective rehab plan.

After our first meeting we will work together to come up with a lifting and/or rehab plan to return you to peak physical condition as quickly and safely as possible.

For this reason evaluations can take longer than at other physical therapy clinics--anywhere between 60-120 minutes.

We have rehabbed hundreds of athletes of all strength sports, including weightlifting, powerlifting, and strongman. We also help a significant of people who simply like lifting weights for health and fun.
